ADS has successfully obtained planning permission for a new dwelling for a client in Rural Staffordshire.
The project brief was to provide additional accommodation for an elderly relative that was relocating to be nearer to family. Our proposal includes a single storey extension, internal layouts, the addition of sensitively placed picture windows, and the conversion of an existing detached garage.
