ADS successfully obtained planning permission for a new dwelling via delegated powers for a private client in Solihull.

The project brief was to provide a 3 Bedroom Terraced House for a client with contemporary tastes. After successful negotiations with the planning department our proposal consisted of a 3 bedroomed dwelling over 3 floors with a open plan layout on the ground floor.
